The talk focuses on the life, death, and 80 year postmortem journey of Dr. Warren. From his early years to his rise to prominence within the orbit of Whig radicalism, Warren was one of the most active revolutionaries pushing for independence long before those icons we now esteem as our founding fathers. In addition to exploring the dozens of new research discoveries, I will also deconstruct the legends that have formed around him over the centuries and discuss the vicissitudes of his legacy and why he rightfully deserves a place within the pantheon of American founders.
