The Deacon’s Academy program is a unique and intensive eight-week course designed to shape the future leaders of Massachusetts Masonry. With in-person group meetings, weekly Zoom sessions, and self-study assignments, participants will develop a leadership philosophy that serves them in both Masonic roles and their personal and professional lives.
